I’m one of those rare breeds – a native Floridian.  I grew up in a large family in a small rural farming community in central Florida where everyone knew everyone and was related to most of them.  It was great.  Moving to a big city was complete culture shock. 

My husband Howard and I just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary.  We have two children:  Eric and Shelley.  Eric and his son Kyle live in Colorado Springs, while Shelley and her three daughters:  Sydney, Samantha and Quincy, live in Tampa. 

 

 

 

Shelley and Sydney celebrate the same birth date—July 15!!!
